UK returns with Collect Plus
You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. If you require an alternative size in an item you purchased, we would recommend placing a new order for the new size and returning the size that is not suitable.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.

At Surfdome we offer a free returns service via CollectPlus. You can create and print a return label visiting the CollectPlus website. If you need to find your nearest Collect + store, please click here. This service is fully tracked so please keep the Collect Plus receipt as it will contain your tracking number.
To return a product via CollectPlus, there is no need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:
Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, Surfdome will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Surfdome reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.
